BGC firms raise £277k for charity

BGC member companies have recently raised 277 thousand pounds during the recent Britannia Stakes race.

A number of top BGC gambling firms, which include leading operators like Entain and Bet365, have recently announced that they have raised 277 thousand pounds for around half a dozen British charitable organizations.

The companies originally intended to donate the entirety of their profits from the famous thoroughbred racing event last week, however, they were not able to generate significant profits from the race last Thursday, leading to them donating slightly more than their pledged minimum donation amount.

BGC’s CEO, Michael Dugher, remarked:

“We are thrilled to announce that our members have recently donated 277 thousand pounds to a variety of charitable organizations. We are certain that our funds will go towards a multitude of excellent causes and will contribute significantly to them. We are also quite thrilled about our total donation efforts, having raised nearly 6 million pounds for various organizations across the country since our founding about four years ago.”

Since the formation of the BGC, its member firms have been able to raise nearly 6 million pounds for various charities across the United Kingdom through the Britannia Stakes race, with the latest installment of the event further contributing to the organization’s charitable efforts.
