Caesars Entertainment is excited to announce its selection by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLGC) as the service provider for  Ontario’s first casino, Windsor Casino.

Caesars has been with the Windsor casino since its debut in 1994. As part of a new 20-year agreement starting in 2026, Caesars will continue this legacy, managing both gaming and non-gaming operations on behalf of the OLG.

Tom Reeg, CEO of Caesars Entertainment, shared excitement:

“We are thrilled to be selected as the service provider for the Windsor Casino by the OLG. Caesars has a long history of managing Windsor and looks forward to continuing to deliver exceptional guest service and experiences at the property.”

While Caesars manages operations, the OLGC will maintain oversight to ensure the highest standards are met.

Stan Cho, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Gaming stated:

“Given its strong track record, intimate knowledge of the sector, and long-standing work in the community, our government is confident that Caesars will continue to serve Windsor and the surrounding area well for many years to come.”

Caesars has managed Windsor’s casino for 17 years, employing almost 1,800 people, making it one of the largest employers in the Windsor-Essex County area. Under the new agreement, the OLG will require Caesars Entertainment Windsor Limited to maintain this workforce for at least the next 18 months.
