Erik Edeen hired as Catena Media’s interim CFO
Catena Media has recently assigned a new temporary CFO, Erik Edeen.
The new appointee will be replacing the company’s outgoing CFO, Peter Messner, who first announced his departure back in February. Messner will be leaving the firm at the start of summer after Edeen fully takes over his responsibilities.
Edeen is an excellent candidate for his new position, as he has over one and a half decades of experience in similar leadership roles within the financial departments of various major corporations. In his most recent position, the new appointee served as an advisor for a major media firm.
Additionally, Edeen has previously worked with Catena Media as well, as he was chosen to lead the firm’s financial division temporarily before the appointment of Messner.
The CEO of Catena Media, Michael Daly, remarked:
“We are delighted to have Erik back on our team. His vast experience in similar leadership roles, combined with his previous experience with our company, make him an excellent candidate to lead our financial department.”
Catena Media recently expanded its operations in the United States by signing a contract with Lee Enterprises, a publishing firm, through which its content is distributed across over half of the country’s jurisdictions.
