Genius Sports extends collaboration with DFB
Genius Sports will continue providing integrity services to Germany’s football governing authority, the DFB.
The two parties have been collaborating for nearly half a decade, throughout which the provider’s solutions have analyzed tens of thousands of matches to help the DFB fight against integrity problems in wagering and sports with the use of specialized algorithms. This extension will help the German sports organization continue to maintain a high standard of integrity for the sport and its wagering market.
Eva Immerheiser, DFB’s Integrity Officer, commented:
“To ensure a high standard of integrity in football, we need to work with some of the industry’s best solution providers. This latest contract extension with Genius Sports will help us enhance our integrity efforts with its intelligence solutions, which we are quite excited about.”
The Director of Integrity at Genius Sports, Simon Martyn, remarked:

This latest contract extension will involve Genius Sports’ intel platform, which will assist the DFB in recognizing patterns of suspicious activity in a timely manner and enhancing potential threat visibility for various officials at football matches in the country.
