ELA Games discusses game innovation at HIPTHER Prague
ELA Games took the stage at the HIPTHER Prague Summit, joining top industry leaders to talk about the future of iGaming. Yaroslav Soloshenko, Head of Business Development, represented the studio on a panel about building a more scalable ecosystem and driving game innovation in 2026 and beyond.
Instead of focusing only on small changes, the panel looked at the bigger picture—imagining the ideal platform for the future. From there, the discussion turned to practical strategies: closer collaboration between operators and studios, smarter gamification, and stronger platform design to shape the next generation of games.
The session dedicated most of its time to exploring game development together with game distribution. The panel put an emphasis on building strong, trust-based relationships with operators for better visibility in an ever-growing market of games. Early operator feedback and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) testing were highlighted as crucial, with smaller studios often able to act on these insights faster than larger competitors.
The topic of artificial intelligence was also raised, with some panelists noting that certain studios already have proof-of-concept for fully AI-generated slots. This led to a discussion on the relationship between AI and traditional game design, weighing the balance between mass-produced, AI-driven content and the slower, human-led craftsmanship needed to create higher-value games.
The panel discussed how operators are limiting game releases to avoid oversaturation, and how strict testing in regulated regions can delay launches. Soloshenko shared ELA Games’ view, supporting a single global license to reduce barriers and speed market entry.
He also stressed the need for full alignment between product and business teams, with the business side guiding development based on market trends. Soloshenko advocated for a “boutique” approach, where all teams collaborate closely from start to release.
Yaroslav Soloshenko, Head of Business Development at ELA Games, said:
“Participating in the HIPTHER Prague Summit gave us a great opportunity to explore how development strategies must adapt to current industry realities. The foundation of our approach is continuous collaboration, both internally and externally. By working as closely as possible with operators to share early MVPs, we gather invaluable feedback. When those insights are handed directly to a unified development team, it allows us to consistently develop titles crafted exactly for what the market needs at any given time.”
Participating in these high-level industry discussions is part of ELA Games’ strategy to stay closely aligned with operator needs and player expectations as the market evolves.
