Lolita started her iGaming career in 2022 as CRM coordinator for the Norwegian and Icelandic markets, gaining insights into customer behaviour and retention. Driven by her passion for partnerships, she moved into Affiliate Management, her long-time goal. Today, she manages the CEECA regions at Betsson Group Affiliates, focusing on acquisition growth and building strong, lasting relationships with partners.
