Teodor started as an Affiliate executive. The main GEO was the UK market and from the very beginning the mindset was oriented towards compliance, regulations, GDPR, guidelines and very strict working plan and habit which required a lot of discipline and attention to detail. Combination of all of the above mentioned shaped the mindset and the growth and detail oriented approach towards his career. The passion to expand and to train people and shape them into killer managers has begun back in 2018 and since then Teodor has trained well over 70 people all around the globe.

Now working under the extendy family with a brand called Coolzino.com – they are making history simply by tireless and sharp focused actions to make the brand a superstar.
