Naida Buljugic has recently taken on the role of Allwyn Entertainment’s Chief People and Culture Officer.

Buljugic’s new position will be the first of its kind at Allwyn as the global operator seeks to enhance its talent acquisition and retention efforts. The new appointee has been with the firm for more than half a decade as the Head of HR at the company’s gambling and lottery subsidiaries in Austria, making her a great candidate for the new position.

The new appointee, Naida Buljugic, commented:

“I am excited to utilize my experience at Allwyn to help develop our global initiatives and strategies aimed at talent acquisition and retention. Having seen the company expand its team with some of the gambling sector’s best professionals, I am eager to support them to thrive at Allwyn and help the company expand at pace.”

The CEO of Allwyn Entertainment, Robert Chvatal, remarked:

“We are excited to be introducing a new position that will be instrumental to our company’s growth and to name Naida as our first People and Culture Officer. Having demonstrated her excellent leadership skills both throughout her time with Allwyn and in her previous HR positions, we are confident that Naida is the perfect person to lead our worldwide talent acquisition and retention strategies.”

In her new position, Buljugic will be tasked with the company’s worldwide company culture initiatives and will also play a significant role in various talent acquisition and retention programs around Allwyn’s worldwide operating jurisdictions.
