Casinomeister PAB recovers €1.2M for players in 2024

The previous year was a big year for Casinomeister, and one of its shining points was the Player Arbitration Service (PAB) performance. In 2024 alone, PAB has managed to secure a whopping €1.2 million. This is a huge figure, but what makes it more remarkable is the service’s consistent performance over the years.
A Quick History of the Player Arbitration Service
PAB started in 2001 as a small side project for Casinomeister. Back then, the site was still growing, and PAB handled only a few dozen cases a year. By 2007, that number had risen to around 200 cases per year.
That same year, Max Drayman took over and has managed the service ever since. Under his leadership, PAB kept growing, reaching over 600 cases in 2024.
PAB Performance — Some Stats That Made 2024 Exceptional
More players are turning to PAB, and the service is resolving cases faster than ever. The money recovered for players has jumped from €200K in 2007 to €1.2M in 2024—a massive 500% increase. At the same time, the number of resolved cases has also improved, with 41% of complaints successfully handled in 2024, compared to just 25-30% in earlier years.
Another big shift is the drop in bonus-related complaints. In 2024, less than 10% of cases involved bonus issues, a huge decrease from 40% in the past. This suggests bonus terms are becoming more standardized, leading to fewer problems for players.
(Dis)honorable Mentions — The First Among the Worst
Some operators always stand out—but not always for the right reasons. In 2024, one unlicensed “invite-only” casino took the crown for complaints. Moreover, two of this operator’s casinos made up 10% of all complaints we received, racking up 61 cases.
But it’s not just about volume. The longest-running complaint of the year dragged on for seven months as an operator stalled on a €65,000 payout. Meanwhile, the fastest case? Resolved in just two hours.
What’s Next for PAB and Casinomeister?
Casinomeister has some exciting plans ahead, and PAB is no exception. In 2025 and beyond, the service will be upgraded with better search features and improved transparency to make the process even smoother for players.
In the past, Casinomeister prioritized privacy for both players and casinos in complaint resolutions. But as transparency becomes the industry norm, the company updates its policies to align with other top complaint services. This means players will soon be able to search past and ongoing complaints more easily, see how different casinos handle disputes, and get a clearer view of the entire resolution process.
