The affiliate refused to answer questions when evidence was provided that no results were delivered after we paid the fee for the listing and campaigns targeting Ireland.

Attached are images with stats for July. We started in June, but no traffic from IE was delivered in that month either. When asked about the image showing 75k monthly users, which may come from multiple geos, no explanation was given for this either, nor was there any response as to whether we can continue with just RS and see how results develop in the coming months.

It seems the affiliate just wants to charge operators a fixed fee for the listing and then leave it as is. Do they have an email list of players from these countries, or something else they want to monetize? If so, they could have explained this, but no answers were given regarding any of it, how we can collaborate in the future, or whether they would offer a refund, since nothing was delivered in the GEO where they supposedly had traffic.

It’s worth looking into this.
