We would like to provide information about the ongoing dispute with Barry Healy of Infobets.com.
To summarize the full timeline of events:
- For three months, the affiliate repeatedly assured us that he was improving the site in order to deliver quality traffic, while no traffic was launched.
- After three months of delays, he committed to launching traffic on August 2nd.
- On July 30th — three days before the promised launch — he instead demanded additional payment to continue working in August, citing the work he had done and the improvements made to the site. These improvements were, of course, funded by the money we had already paid.
- To date, no traffic has been delivered, no refund has been issued, and the affiliate has ceased responding to our communications, including after our previous statements in this chat.
The total amount paid, for which no services were delivered, is $7,000.
Based on our experience, we advise other operators to exercise caution before entering into any agreements with this affiliate. We are prepared to provide supporting evidence, including screenshots and correspondence, upon request.
