Alpha Affiliates – Payment Delayed

I’m posting because the situation with Alpha Affiliates (ViciBet) is becoming increasingly concerning — and I’m clearly not the only one affected.

We started working together in December 2025. According to their T&C, commissions are payable on the 15th of the following month. My December commission should have been paid on January 15th, 2026. Today is February 12th. Outstanding amount: €884 Delay: nearly 30 days past the contractual payout date.

I’ve contacted my account manager multiple times and received the same reply: “We are experiencing delays. I’ve escalated this to the Head of Affiliates.” There are multiple recent threads about delayed or unpaid commissions. T

his is no longer isolated — it’s starting to look like a pattern.
