Unpaid Affiliate Commissions

I am filing this complaint because Duelbits has failed to pay my affiliate commissions for multiple months. The total unpaid amount is $6,076.68, broken down as follows: $3,976.68 for October and $2,100 for November.

These commissions are confirmed and visible in my affiliate dashboard. Since then, I have been waiting for my payments for months. I contacted my affiliate manager many times.

Each time, I was told that the finance team would handle the payment “soon” or that it was “in progress”, but no payment was ever executed and no proof of payment was provided.

I also contacted affiliate support by email on January 6th and again on January 19th, without receiving any response. After several months of delays, repeated promises, and no concrete action, I am forced to file this complaint in order to resolve the situation.

I am attaching screenshots of my affiliate dashboard, invoices, and communication history as evidence.
