DraftKings forms a strategic collaboration with iHeartMedia
Under the contract terms, the sports betting operator will officially provide iHeartMedia’s broadcasting, digitals, podcasting, and social platforms for its sports radio and podcast networks. DraftKings will be creating and sharing long-form content with iHeartMedia and having preferential access to iHeartMedia’s whole array of characters. DraftKings will also utilize iHeartMedia’s SmartAudio suite of info-driven promoting tools, allowing authentic audience preparation and targeting improvements across iHeartMedia’s broadcast digital platforms.
Matt Kalish, co-founder and president of DraftKings North America stated:

DraftKings and iHeartMedia will work together on a variety of content enhancement options. Some of them include distributing shows and segments across iHeartMedia’s radio and digital platforms and integrations inside iHeartMedia’s live sports broadcasts. The cooperation will also include things like cross-platform interactive games.
