Entain publishes ESG reports for 2021/2022
Recently, Entain published the results of their report on Environmental, Social and Governance, and it shows what kind of measures the brand took for sustainability and ESG-related problems.
Last year almost 99% of their profit was mainly from their regulated markets. They have also lowered the overall number of domestically regulated jurisdictions.
In the report it was showcased that Entain tries its best to offer safer gambling and the proof of that is the Advanced Safer Gambling Standard, which was awarded to them by GamCare. They have also updated their ARC player protection program around the United Kingdom and plan to introduce it to the international market.
The company is planning to have 1 million people to join their EnTrain diversity and inclusion program by 2030.
Starting from 2020 they have seen a 7% reduction in GHG emission, with 100% renewable energy all around the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
The company has also created a science-based greenhouse gas reduction target.
“We keep on having very good progress on all the areas of ESG. Our commitment is to always offer safer betting and gambling services, help the communities in which we operate, lower the impact on the environment and make our company a great place for working.”
commented J. Nygaard-Andersen, the chief executive officer of Entain.
Later she added that by reaching all of these goals they create a long and consistent growth for their stakeholders.
