Gaming Innovation Group has recently announced that it has acquired affiliate firm KaFe Rocks.

Through this latest acquisition, GiG’s media division will be further solidifying itself as a leader in the affiliate marketing side of the online gambling industry, along with expanding its growing presence in the gambling market of North America.

Having won numerous awards and ranked highly on various widely-known industry rankings, KaFe Rocks is a leading online gambling affiliate business. It has an expansive catalog of brands operating in more than 15 markets, with one of its flagship brands being the US-centric USCasinos.com website.

This acquisition will cost GiG approximately 35 million euros, with 15 million euros being due upfront, while the remaining 20 million euros will be transferred to the affiliate’s owners over the course of the upcoming two years. Additionally, the contract will also involve an earn-out following the fulfillment of certain performance targets and a payment of 2.5 million euros in GiG shares subject to certain cost-saving goals.

GiG mentioned in its announcement that it estimates that its new subsidiary will generate at least 23 million euros throughout the upcoming year with a minimum EBITDA margin of 45%. Moreover, this purchase will also be diversifying the firm’s operations, helping GiG Media accelerate its growth.
