Groupe FDJ reports FY2023 results

The Groupe FDJ has recently published its latest financial analysis for the 2023 financial year.

One of the report’s key figures was a revenue of 2.6 billion euros, which represented an increase of 6.5% year-over-year. This led to an EBITDA of 657 million euros, which, in turn, represented a growth of just over 11% from last year’s figure of 590 million euros. The company’s net profits were recorded at 425 million euros, which experienced a sizable growth of just over 38% from last year’s 308 million euros thanks to the increases in the firm’s revenues and EBITDA.

The company broke down its revenue by its operating segments, which highlighted a healthy growth momentum for FDJ’s online gambling offerings. This division experienced a growth of just under 19% in the year and represented 13% of the group’s total revenue, up from last year’s 11%.

In addition to reporting its key figures, FDJ also mentioned its sustainable growth efforts in the report, which includes collaborations with charitable organizations to help fight against underage gambling. The group plans to contribute a total of 10 million euros to such causes over the period between 2023 and 2027, while it has also contributed 3 billion euros in taxes throughout 2023.
