iGaming Voice by Yeva – Enlabs Partners
In a recent extensive interview with AffPapa, Iurii and Victoria, Head of Affiliates and Affiliate Marketing Executive at Enlabs Partners respectively, explained why communication is key in a good partnership, revealed their predictions for the industry and shared their favourite pastimes.
Yeva: What factors is a good partnership measured by?
A good partnership is measured by a huge number of factors. The main is a good communication, understanding and trust from both sides. It is also important to understand that a partnership should be beneficial for both parties and that you both are going towards the same goal.
Yeva: As the largest iGaming operator in the Baltic region, how do you stay ahead of the game when there are so many competitors? And do you believe that the industry is saturated?
Competition is the engine of progress. It is necessary to constantly engage in researching competitors, comparing, and creating strategic competitive advantages. The main thing – you have to be different from others, so your brand is recognizable.
Speaking about saturation of the industry, yes, it is. Even so, there is always room for new players. Most likely, it will be difficult for them, but do not forget that new technologies and opportunities are born every day. Perhaps they are the new players who will be able to correctly implement this in their work.
Yeva: How do you ensure your clients that their information is safe in an age where security breaches are common?
We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of the Personal Data of all visitors to our websites who have submitted their personal details. This is very important for successful cooperation and long-term relationships.
Yeva: What do you think the industry will be like in 5 years?
This is a difficult question, considering how changeable the world is today. But one thing we are sure for sure – there will be many more players on the market, accordingly, there will be more opportunities to promote brands as well.
Yeva: Do you ever lose motivation in the industry? If so, how do you overcome it?
This has not happened yet. Our work gets us excited every day.
Yeva: How important is it for players to be sure that the games they are playing are licenced?
This stands in the first place. All our customers have to be sure that we are transparent with them. We operate only in regulated markets where group companies hold gaming licenses, pay local gaming tax, and comply with regulatory requirements.
Yeva: What are the pros and cons of the gaming industry?
We don’t think that there are any cons because cons can be turned into an opportunity. This field is very challenging. You cannot afford to stop to improve your skills, you must be flexible, innovative and doing your best all the time.
Yeva: Have you ever faced any issues with an affiliate or a player? How did you solve them?
I cannot say that we had any issues, rather, misunderstandings. The best way to solve them is to understand what exactly led to the misunderstanding and to communicate effectively.
Yeva: What skills do most failing iGaming businesses lack?
Lack of work experience and lack of qualifications, as well as proper understanding of this business field. It rarely happens that somebody has just entered the business and immediately understands what is happening. It takes time, a good mentor, and valuable guidance.
Yeva: What do you look for in an affiliate program? And how do you decide what affiliates to work with?
Every partner is looking for an opportunity to earn a good commission and get the best services. We constantly research what deals are more interesting to affiliates now. The main points that should be in the affiliate program are attractive deals, personal approach to every affiliate, exciting brands to promote, transparency in statistics, availability of marketing tools, payments on time. We are open for working with every affiliate who is interested in our brands and always ready to help even non-experienced ones.
Yeva: Why do casinos give affiliates such a profitable deal?
The deals must be profitable for both sides. Otherwise, cooperation has no sense. We currently offer attractive rev-share, CPA, Hybrid and tailor-made partnership models. Our core value focusing on delivering is a personal approach to each of our affiliates – we reward profitable partners with unique promotions, gifts, and events.
Yeva: How do you make sure that players are being responsible while gaming?
While some people gamble within their means – for some gambling can become a problem as it can turn into an addiction. We are committed to supporting responsible gambling. On our site players will find several tips for controlling their gaming as well as a list of things that may indicate a gambling problem. We also offer a variety of responsible gaming tools to support our players: loss limits, betting limits, session time limit, “reality check” every hour, permanently closing an account. A player can set and easily change restrictions through a game account or by contacting customer service.
Yeva: What markets are you looking to expand into?
As we have mentioned earlier, we operate only in regulated markets. Enlabs is the largest iGaming operator in the Baltics, and we target to take the leading market position in each of the three countries. Currently, Ukraine is a market of interest in the region after becoming regulated. We also plan on entering the Swedish market soon.
Yeva: Do you see yourself being in the gaming world in the long run?
Sure, the iGaming industry brings a lot of various opportunities and helps you grow every day.
Yeva: Setting work aside, tell us some more about yourself. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Free time? When you work in the iGaming industry, you always work. This is a joke, of course! Our Enlabs family takes care of us and gives us a lot of online classes: workouts, get-together party’s with poker tournaments, DJ evenings and interesting activities with prizes. And, of course, we love to travel! We realized it even more during the lockdown.
