Chibib will replace former CFO Fabio Celadon, who will step down from the position on October 31, 2026, but will still remain with the company until the end of 2026 to help with the handover. Celadon has been with ITG since 2006, joining through its acquisition of Lottomatica, and became CFO back in July 2025.
Regarding Chibib, he previously served as Chairman of PlayAGS between 2018 and 2025, with his latest role being the CFO of Raptor Technologies, which he took up in March 2025. Earlier in his career, Chibib was the President and CFO of Multimedia Games, which is also currently part of IGT.
Hector Fernandez, CEO of IGT, commented:
“Adam brings the public company, private equity, and gaming experience we need for this stage of IGT’s transformation. His financial discipline and operating mindset will be important as we sharpen execution and strengthen cash flow creation.”
Chibib added:
“IGT has a strong portfolio, leading market positions and a clear opportunity to create value. I look forward to working with Hector, the leadership team, and the Finance organization to strengthen financial and operating discipline, align capital with our highest priorities, and build a durable foundation for growth.”
In the new role, Chibib will be responsible for managing IGT’s finance organization, financial strategy, capital priorities, and business execution.
