IGT joins SBT campaign to tackle climate change
International Game Technology, a multinational gambling business, integrates in the initiative of Science Based Targets, a campaign acting against climate change.
The business is assigned to deal with the contraction of gas remand from glasshouse aiming to promote its ESG influence.
IGT is obliged to set up goals referring to gas remand from glasshouse. Besides, the brand has to conduct annual statements covering the recorded advancement.
The vice-director of marketing and communications at IGT, Wendy Montgomery, noted:
“Our company has seen great sustainability progression due to the integration in SBT initiative together with 2000 other brands whose objective is to save our planet by the contraction of gas emission. We concentrate on the ESG issues and creation of a sustainability plan”.
In November, the company hailed Gil Rotem as its iGaming head. He is to manage the growth and expansion of the brand.
