Interview with Kseniia Haidiuk – Head of Affiliates at Win-Offers

In an interview with AffPapa, Kseniia Haidiuk, the Head of Affiliates at Win-Offers, shared insights on on her journey into affiliate marketing, the company’s partnership philosophy, and the strategies behind their success.

Yeva: Kseniia, what pushed you into affiliate marketing and led you to your role at Win-Offers?

I first learned about affiliate marketing during my Master’s studies, when I started looking for a job. Some of my acquaintances were working in IT and gave me a glimpse into this fascinating world. The industry was becoming increasingly popular and profitable. Affiliate marketing seemed interesting to me and truly resonated with my personality — and I was right. I have been in this field since 2014, building my career in the dating vertical from affiliate manager to head-level positions. For more than six years now, I have been holding managerial roles. I moved into the gambling vertical about a year and a half ago, as I realized that dating no longer interested me and I wanted to grow in a new direction, one that I see as offering more opportunities and challenges. That’s how I joined the Win-Offers.

Yeva: Affiliates often look for partnerships they can trust. What would you say is your “trust factor” at Win-Offers?

We believe in treating our partners as equal stakeholders in the collaboration — which is why we are always transparent about performance, goals, and challenges. We don’t sugarcoat things, we address them directly, because that’s what builds long-term, friendly, and reliable relationships. For us, real partnership means win-win — and that’s not just a phrase, it’s how we work. We are committed to mutual growth and are always here to support our partners — not only when things go well, but especially when they become challenging.

Yeva: Your team is well-known for professionalism and innovative strategies in affiliate marketing. What does the process of finding the best affiliate partners and traffic sources for high ROI look like for you?

We know that doing the same thing over and over just doesn’t work in the long run. That’s why we constantly experiment with different strategies, traffic channels, and partnership models. Testing is a big part of our daily routine — it helps us stay agile and uncover new opportunities where others might not look. We also explore different ways of collaborating with our partners, hearing them out and tailoring a working formula that fits each one individually.

At the same time, building a strong and trustworthy brand has been key for us. We’ve never focused on loud media presence or huge booths at conferences. Instead, we’ve chosen a different path — staying consistent, reliable, and letting our work speak for itself. This quieter but steadier approach has helped us earn trust in the industry and attract partners who value long-term, solid collaboration.

Yeva: Advanced reporting makes up a very important part of your offerings. How exactly do you make it easy for affiliates to read into and act upon the data you provide?

This is one of the key elements of transparency in our cooperation. We provide partners with as much data as possible on the players coming from their traffic, so they can clearly see and evaluate their own results. We always share the data affiliates request, as long as it doesn’t compromise the confidentiality of the products. Our goal is to ensure affiliates have clear, actionable insights so they can make informed decisions and feel confident in the collaboration from the very beginning.

Yeva: Our next hot topic is payments. Can you break down your payment structure for us? What do you think makes it reliable and attractive for affiliates?

At Win-Offers, we offer multiple payout options and schedules, depending on each partner’s needs and performance. What makes our structure attractive is that we don’t follow a “one-size-fits-all” model — we’re always open to discussing what works best for every individual partner.

Yeva: When it comes to commission structures, Win-Offers has quite the flexible range with Revenue Share, CPA, and Hybrid deals. What’s your approach in customizing deals for your affiliates?

We believe there’s no universal formula when it comes to commission models. Each partner brings a unique mix of traffic type, targeting, and audience specifics — and every setup has its own strengths and limitations. Our role is to carefully analyze how well a particular model can perform for the product, while ensuring the deal remains fair and profitable for both sides.

That’s why we work with flexible models like Revenue Share, CPA, or Hybrid, and are always open to tailoring them. This personalized approach ensures that every partner gets a model that reflects the real value of their traffic and creates a win-win foundation for long-term cooperation.

Yeva: How does Win-Offers stay one step ahead in finding the “next big thing”, and are there any exciting plans to look forward to in the near future?

Our team is expanding rapidly — much faster than we ever imagined at the beginning of the year. But this growth is not just about numbers — it’s about new ideas, fresh energy, and a much broader vision. As our team scales, so do our partnerships and the way we work. We’re constantly adapting, optimizing, and exploring new directions to stay ahead of the curve.

Another important part of our approach is not just following trends, but setting them. While we work with popular markets, we also actively explore the potential of countries that are not yet at their peak. A great example is Hungary, where we successfully developed the market and achieved remarkable results.

We’re also strengthening our presence in the industry: by the end of the year, we’ll be attending many more major conferences — so expect to see us everywhere. With our brand gaining momentum, our team growing stronger, and our strategy focusing both on emerging and established markets, the only way is up.

Yeva: Last but not least, if you could describe the affiliate program at Win-Offers in 3 words, what would they be and why?

Transparent. Adaptive. Supportive.

Transparent — because we believe honesty and openness are the foundation of trust.

Adaptive — because we tailor every deal and strategy to fit our partners’ traffic and goals.

Supportive — because we genuinely care about our partners’ success and are always there when they need us.

That’s the Win-Offers experience in a nutshell.
