Prediction market platform Polymarket has secured a multi-year deal with Serie A and will become the league’s official partner for the U.S. market.

Polymarket’s platform is set to be integrated into Serie A’s media and digital channels in the United States, with the operator receiving data supplied by the league to power its trading markets.

Polymarket founder and CEO Shayne Coplan commented:

“Prediction markets give fans a way to actively interpret the game in real time, and partnering with Serie A brings that model to one of the world’s most followed leagues at a moment when American interest in the sport is at an all-time high.”

Additionally, the league receives its data from NYSE-listed Genius Sports, and the usage of official data is expected to improve accuracy and transparency.

Marketing and Commercial Director of Serie A, Michele Ciccarese, added:

“The United States represents a key growth market for Serie A. Our exclusive alliance with Polymarket, as Regional Partner in the USA, lets us engage a new generation of fans through a platform that embodies emerging trends. It delivers an interactive, real-time product rooted in insights and participation perfectly aligned with their expectations.”

The partnership deal comes just a month after Polymarket announced a multi-year partnership with LALIGA.
