Lastly, being proactive in seeking out knowledge about regulatory changes and industry trends is vital for effective oversight.
Yeva: There has to be a lot of stress attached to regulating compliance in a fast-moving industry like iGaming. What helps you deal with the pressure and manage to keep your focus on the bigger picture?
Managing stress in such a dynamic environment requires a balanced approach. I find it vital to maintain open lines of communication with my team and to delegate responsibilities effectively. Regularly taking the time to step back and assess the broader landscape allows me to keep perspective amidst the daily challenges. Additionally, focusing on constructive problem-solving rather than simply compliance for compliance’s sake helps me stay motivated and aligned with our main goals.
