Connie James will be resigning from her position as CFO at Light & Wonder.

James has worked at the company for more than 3 years, throughout which she has taken on the roles of the CFO, Corporate Treasurer and Secretary, and Executive VP. Following her announcement, Light & Wonder has already assigned its Senior VP, Oliver Chow, as the interim CFO of the company while it searches for a permanent successor to James.

Light & Wonder’s CEO, Matt Wilson, commented:

“Connie has been instrumental in the company’s rapid growth through her immense contributions to our financial team. Her input was also invaluable in building and enhancing our team. While we search for Connie’s new long-term replacement, we are excited to announce Oliver Chow as our interim CFO. Having more than one and a half decades of experience in the industry, we are certain that Oliver will be able to help the company seamlessly continue its growth during this transitional period.”

The outgoing CFO of Light & Wonder, Connie James, remarked:

“Working with Light & Wonder’s professional team has been quite a pleasing experience. Together, we have been able to rapidly scale the company and expand its operations worldwide. Light & Wonder is in an excellent position to continue on its excellent trajectory.”

James’s resignation will officially go into effect in just under two months on the 25th of August. Additionally, Light & Wonder has already initiated the process of finding a long-term replacement for the outgoing CFO.
