SBC Summit ready to move to Lisbon after standout 2023 event
The recently concluded 2023 edition of SBC Summit Barcelona demonstrated record-breaking performance.
The recent installment of SBC’s flagship conference provided attendees with a standout set of experiences and hosted an audience of more than 15 thousand participants, an over three-times increase when compared the the event’s last edition in 2022. Its venue, on the other hand, the Fira Barcelona Montjuic, provided the conference with an area of more than 38 thousand square meters, an increase of 175% compared to the event’s previous installment. The summit garnered a net promoter score of 49, further solidifying the conference’s leading position in the gambling industry.
The conference’s latest edition started with the inaugural edition of the exclusive invite-only SBC Leaders Summit, which hosted 500 of the gambling sector’s top professionals and decision-makers. This was then followed by the main conference, which provided its attendees with leading learning and networking experiences and featured renowned professionals as speakers, such as Frank Abagnale and Daniel Taylor.
The summit featured several highlights throughout its rich agenda, including the SBC Hall of Fame event, which highlighted the contributions of several top industry professionals, and the SBC First Pitch competition, which gave several innovative iGaming startups the opportunity to showcase their leading ideas to attract investors and win the competition’s grand prize.
The forthcoming edition of the organizer’s conference will be taking this record performance to the next level, providing attendees with an even larger event area of more than 100 thousand square meters in Lisbon, Portugal. Coined the SBC Summit to better represent its international scale and appeal, the upcoming edition of SBC’s flagship event is scheduled to host an audience of more than 25 thousand participants, making it a must-attend for the sector’s top professionals.
