SiGMA Europe wrap up: over 25k happy attendees
The most recent SiGMA Europe event in Malta raised the bar even further, with over 25,000 guests showcasing their products and taking advantage of the ultimate networking opportunities!
Many high-profile people were attending the conference, everyone from leading corporate executives to regulatory officials and even the prime minister of Malta, Robert Abela.
There were also a lot of leading iGaming firms at the event, showcasing their top-quality products and meeting with potential partners on the show floor, including some of our AffPapa operator partners like Betsson Group Affiliates, Enchant Affiliates, Campeon Gaming, Mate Affiliates and so many more!
Every day of the event was packed full of discussion panels and presentations, during which attendees were able to learn a wealth of knowledge. Additionally, each day featured a separate awards ceremony crowning hardworking people and companies in various aspects of the industry striving to make it better for everyone.
Awards Ceremonies
The Streamers Gala shined the light on the digital creators of the space who help grow the industry and its community. The LCB Awards focused on achievements and careers that set a standard for the market. The SiGMA Awards celebrated the contributions of various players in the industry and raised over 90 thousand dollars for charity. Lastly, the AGS Awards celebrated 15 of the industry’s most innovative technologies and tools.
Government Representatives
The show featured a number of high-profile government officials, such as the Prime Minister of Malta, Robert Abela. The latter spoke at the event, stating that SiGMA and other conferences like it reflect the country’s economic and entrepreneurial vision perfectly. Additionally, he mentioned that the government is committed to further enhancing the country’s iGaming sector, as they are very proud of where it has grown.
Other Key Figures
Some other key people present at the show were Roberto Carlos, the brand ambassador of BetWinner and former Real Madrid player, Carl Brincat, the chief executive officer of Malta’s gaming authority, and Ian Smith, chief of the eSports Integrity Commission.
Display of MMA excellence by Centurion FC
In collaboration with SiGMA, Centurion FC showcased an exceptional display of MMA fighting at the show. The fighters were carried to the ring by Roman Centurion soldiers to add even more to the show. The emotions and strength expressed in the ring excellently showcased various aspects of the sport.
