Stats Perform named FIFA global betting data distributor
It’s been confirmed: Stats Perform will officially be the first-ever worldwide betting data and betting streaming rights distributor for FIFA, including rights to exclusive coverage of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
The multi-year agreement shows FIFA’s change in how betting-related data and live content are distributed to licensed operators. Under the terms, Stats Perform will collect all data for a broad portfolio of FIFA competitions, including the upcoming expanded 48-team World Cup, covering all 104 matches running from June 11, 2026 to July 19, 2026.
CEO of Stats Perform, Carl Mergele, said:
“Our clients will be delighted we’re able to add FIFA competitions to our Opta and RunningBall official betting data portfolio and our innovative, AI-enriched Bet LiveStreams service.”
Additionally, Stats Perform will cover the FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027, the FIFA Futsal World Cup 2028, and future editions of the Women’s Futsal World Cup, the FIFA U-20 World Cup, the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, and the FIFA Intercontinental Cup through 2029.
The RunningBall division of Stats Perform will collect and distribute “ultrafast” FIFA betting data to sportsbooks, supporting pricing models and trading operations. Meanwhile, the Opta division will supply player statistics, live scores, and analytical insights.
Licensed sportsbooks will be able to offer live match video through Stats Perform’s Bet LiveStreams platform.
