Violent attack after jackpot win in Hard Rock Casino
After a jackpot win in Hard Rock Casino, a couple was shot and robbed on their way home, by two armed culprits.
After a lovely dinner, the young man joked that he needed to win some money for his dinner with his girlfriend. To his surprise, he won a $3,000 jackpot.
After exciting news, the couple left the Hard Rock Casino. Once they were already near home, their car was surrounded by two armed culprits. The woman ran from the car while her boyfriend got attacked. The murderer’s face was captured by the ring doorbell video.
The male victim was shot twice, which alerted neighbors who came to the crime scene and caused the robbers to leave.
Upon their arrival, specialists used a tourniquet on the man’s leg to prevent it from bleeding out.
The victim said:
“I lost so much blood, if they didn’t do that, I wouldn’t have made it.”
The robbers stole jewelry, a watch, and possibly a jackpot win, leaving the victim in serious condition. Thanks to quick action by the police, his life was saved, but he may not walk for six months.
Two suspects have been arrested, with one still at large. Both face serious charges, including attempted first-degree murder, which carries a potential life sentence.
