Winbet and Fast Track join forces in new deal
Winbet and Fast Track enter into a new partnership that will see the operator using the FastTrack platform to power real-time engagement on its website.
Winbet is currently the top gaming club chain in Eastern and Central Europe and it has over 20 years of experience in the casino world across seven different countries. The brand also developed and launched its very own online gambling and betting platform winbet.ro.
Currently, Winbet is looking to offer a secure and excitement-filled experience for all players and fans, whether that be online or offline. The operator is providing a mix of fresh and classic products as well as offering a high level of service so that it can keep its loyal players satisfied and happy with the services.
This new deal will give Winbet the chance to introduce automation in its player engagement agenda, and includes automating the management of opt-outs and consent changes through Fast Track’s solution.
In a statement on the news, Mark Adonia Machore, Winbet general manager, stated:
We take pride in providing excellent service to our players and partnering with Fast Track is an opportunity to take this to the next level. In particular, we are confident that introducing automation will allow us to maintain this and ensure that we can always engage players in the right moments as we grow further.
The platform will also give operators the opportunity to build comprehensive segmentation models, and the Winbet team will be utilizing this in order to introduce a loyalty programme and some more custom services for all VIP players.
Fast Track co-founder Christopher Hirst also added:
Winbet has a proven track record as an online operator in multiple Eastern European markets. We believe that the capabilities of our platform are the perfect fit for what they are trying to achieve with their player engagement. We know how important it is to be able use your data in smart ways and our real-time data feed and segmentation models will support them in this.
