300+ Startups in 3 Months: AVC Launches Its First Pilots

AVC, a venture capital fund set up alongside the 1win ecosystem, has completed its first three months of operation.

300+ Startups in 3 Months: AVC Launches Its First Pilots

The fund pairs capital with the operational side of 1win’s business, including infrastructure, market access and more than a decade of experience building and scaling products internationally. Over that period, AVC screened more than 300 startups. More than 10 are now in active talks, three have moved to the final stage of the process, and one deal has closed.

Sergei, owner of 1win, said:

“For us, the fund is more than an investment initiative — it is a strategic step. We have the experience of building businesses, a strong team and the infrastructure to help other companies grow.”

What AVC invests in

AVC focuses mainly on Seed and Series A companies, though it will consider later-stage startups if the investment case is strong. What matters most, according to the fund, is a team committed to building for the long run and capable of leading its market.

Sector priorities include AI/ML, B2B SaaS, automation and infrastructure, along with iGaming and entertainment technology: payments, CRM and retention, game content, affiliate technology and compliance. AVC is also open to FinTech, Web3 and crypto companies, including those that sit across more than one of these categories.

Polina Malinovskaia, CEO of AVC, commented:

“Investing is a way of voting for the future of the market with our capital. We look at the technologies and formats that have the potential to reshape the industry in the coming years and want to support the teams driving that change.”

How AVC helps companies grow

Beyond capital, portfolio companies get access to 1win’s operating business, which includes its market position, infrastructure and the people who have built and scaled it.

Market access

Startups can use products inside the 1win ecosystem as early customers, distribution channels or test environments, letting them validate their approach with real users and build a track record to support further growth.

Hands-on expertise

More than 20 leaders from product, marketing, payments, analytics and other teams review portfolio companies’ solutions directly and contribute where their experience applies.

Pilots on live infrastructure

Portfolio companies can test their technology inside a live business before a broader rollout, seeing how it performs under real conditions and which ideas hold up.

Option for deeper integration

Portfolio companies may also use the ecosystem’s infrastructure and distribution more directly if it fits their growth plans. That kind of integration is negotiated separately and isn’t a condition of investment.

Startups can submit their project through the AVC website, providing details on the product, team and current stage of development for an initial review.
