888 Holdings is making some adjustments in the board by adding 3 new professionals.

Last week 888 purchased William Hill’s non-US business and has already started making some changes.

Andrea Gisle Joosen, Andria Vidler and Randy Freer are joining the governing body as NEDs, thus the board now has 9 members.

One of the new members, G. Joosen, is a famous Swedish businesswoman who has been a member of board in various companies. Before joining 888 she served as a NED for Mr Green for four years and then started working for William Hill again as a NED. Besides gambling companies, Jossen also worked for others and had leading roles.

The other member, A. Vidler, has been in the business for thirty years and is an experienced professional in the spheres of marketing and technology. She has been Tag EMEA’s chief executive officer for 2 years. She also worked for Bauer Media and the BBC, and has been a board member at Gamesys.

And last but not least, R. Freer, The Freer Company’s CEO. Prior to this role, he was the chief executive officer of Hulu, an American subscription streaming service.

“I am honored to welcome these 3 new members to the board. All of them will bring great skills and experience to our company from which we will surely benefit. We will also strengthen our corporate governance structure.”

highlighted Lord Mendelsohn, 888’s non-exec chairperson.

It is also known that Ori Shaked is set to join the company in the near future.
