Ann Hoff departs from MGM after 30 years

Ann Hoff, president and COO of Bellagio and Park MGM is set to retire on April 25, after 30 years with MGM Resorts International.

Ann Hoff’s journey with MGM began in 1990 when she joined the company’s management associate program. Over the years, she took on key leadership roles at The Mirage, Treasure Island, New York-New York, Excalibur, and Beau Rivage in Mississippi. Her leadership helped define MGM’s success on the Las Vegas Strip.

MGM’s COO, Corey Sanders, praised Hoff’s impact and acknowledged the lasting influence she has had on MGM’s operations and culture.

Looking Ahead to New Opportunities

In a heartfelt message to employees, Hoff admitted that deciding to retire wasn’t easy. She described MGM as her “second home” and expressed deep appreciation for the relationships she built. While stepping away is sad news, she looks forward to new opportunities, including serving on corporate boards.

MGM Resorts has not yet announced who will take over her role, but Hoff will remain in her position until her departure.
