AskGamblers hits $74 million in recovered player funds
AskGamblers‘ Complaint Service has recovered over $74 million for players since 2009, with 2025 daily rates up 54% and $2.6 million returned in Q1 alone.
AskGamblers’ Casino Complaint Service (AGCS) provides a structured channel for users to file complaints related to payment issues, account access, bonuses, and software problems. It operates in 6 languages, and has tackled more than 90,000 submissions, with 23,000 of them resolved.
In Q1, 2025, AGCS returned $2,59 million to users, with an average of $28,947 a day, which is a 53,8% increase from the previous year’s average $18,826 a day.
Danijela Pavlovic, Customer Support Team Lead at AskGamblers, commented on the progress:
“In 2009, we recognised that thousands of players were having issues withdrawing funds from online casinos, and since then, the AGCS has worked tirelessly to resolve these issues for users.
Our latest triumph of recovering $110,000 for a user is a testament to the work of the unique AGCS team, who strive to offer a dedicated and straightforward service for players.
Last year, we recorded a 28.57% increase in the number of complaints received compared with the previous year, with the AGCS team recovering an average of $18,000 per day for users across all languages and affiliate programmes.”
Earlier this year, AGCS reported over 10,000 complaints in 2024, with an overall success rate of 68%. More than 6,000 of these complaints included delayed or non-existent payments. AGCS will continue to monitor and resolve further complaints, expecting to recover higher numbers.
