The Gentoo Media-owned casino review platform AskGamblers has revealed that its Casino Complaints Service (AGCCS) has recovered more than $3.4 million for its players during the second quarter of 2026.
The portal shared that it received an increased number of complaints between April and June 2026, handling issues connected to online casinos, sportsbooks, and affiliate programs. AskGamblers stated that it reviewed a record number of 4,811 complaints, of which 1,563 were processed, and 1,068 were successfully resolved.
The service got most of its complaints from casino gaming, with 2,828 players sending in 3,777 requests tied to 829 casinos, and as a result, AskGamblers was able to return around $3.2 million to the users, compared to the $2.28 million recovered during the same quarter in 2025. Regarding sports betting complaints, the AGCCS received 503 disputes and recovered approximately $75,000.
General manager of AskGamblers, Dijana Radunović, commented:
“Q2 was an exceptional quarter for AGCCS, but what stands out to me is not just the $3.4 million recovered. We also saw more players turn to us, more complaints being handled, and more cases successfully resolved. Our focus remains the same – helping players get answers, resolving disputes where possible, and encouraging greater accountability across the industry.”
Lastly, for the affiliate program complaints, AskGamblers recovered around $24,000 for 75 users, again an increase compared to 2025’s $18,000.
