Aspire Global Finalized the Fusion Platform’s Integration into BtoBet
Malta-based Aspire Global continues to successfully execute its mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy. Integration of leading content creator Pariplay’s praised Fusion platform into its sports betting subsidiary, BtoBet is a major step towards strengthening the list of services Aspire provides as well as contributes to the company’s synergization.
Chief Executive Officer of Aspire Global PLC, Tsachi Maimon notes that the new cooperation will contribute to the growth of both parties – the collaboration will give Pariplay an opportunity to offer its services to new markets with the help of tier 1 vendors of BtoBet. Fusion platform features extensive variety of games from leading companies.
On its end BtoBet will provide its clients with Fusion’s high-quality sports-related content that targets many social groups. BtoBet is already licensed in 20+ territories and is a leading player in fast-developing markets such as African and Latin American. Moreover, the betting company is expanding its presence in Europe and has received the British betting license at the end of March. Mr. Maimon also highlights that Aspire highly values the new acquisition and will aim to monetize its potential.
Premierbet, BtoBet partner with a significant presence in the fast-growing African market, will be the first company employing Fusion’s services. Pariplay will also benefit from cooperation by gaining access to the markets of some major markets of the region.
