Online wagering property – Esports Technologies, has bought out online casino platform provider – Aspire Global’s B2C operations in a 75.9-million-dollar deal.

Following the terms of the multi-brand acquisition, Aspire Global Plc is going to pass its full portfolio of B2C properties, including BetTarget, Karamba, and more, to Esports Technologies, which is going to help the latter boost its eSports revenue, as well as customer base.

Furthermore, Aspire Global has agreed to continue providing managed services within the span of the next 4 years, in order to ensure the continuity of the on-going operations, while esports Technologies focuses on expanding the engagement of the esports offering in the regulated markets the brand is in.

Esports Technologies’ CEO – Aaron Speech, highlighted the key reasons for the multi-brand acquisition by mentioning the opportunity to engage a new audience consisting of 1.25 million more deposited customers.

Aspire Global’s president – Tsachi Maimon, also added a statement about the deal:

“Esports Technologies is the perfect match for our company’s B2C businesses, giving them a great foundation of well-performing and successful brands to further enhance their global expansion in esports.”
