Bally’s Corporation has recently appointed Tammi Barlow and Don Westcott as Responsibility VP and Chief Compliance Officer respectively.

Having more than two and a half decades of expertise in compliance in the gambling and financial industries, Westcott is an experienced professional. Some of his previous experiences include leading the compliance efforts of numerous major corporations around the world, with his most recent position being at financial technology firm Nuvei.

Barlow has more than a decade of experience working in the compliance departments of numerous top gambling firms, helping them develop and manage their social responsibility and responsible gambling efforts. Her most recent position was the Director of CSR at Rush Street Interactive, a major gambling firm in the North American market.

Bally’s EVP and Chief Legal Officer, Kim Barker, remarked:

“We are excited to be expanding our compliance team with Tammi and Don. Their wealth of expertise and knowledge in compliance at various major industry firms will be instrumental for the growth and development of our responsibility efforts.”

In their new positions, the two new appointees will be strengthening the gambling firm’s responsibility efforts for its worldwide operations, helping it expand its presence in a variety of regulated markets.
