Peru as a target
Peru is emerging as a key destination for online gambling, with new regulations introduced by President Dina Boluarte last year to establish a clear legal framework. These changes include a 12% income tax on both foreign and local operators. Foreign operators are required to ensure a minimum tax contribution of approximately $500,000 to maintain their licenses, regulated by Peru’s Ministry of Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR).
