BetMGM launches its sportsbook in Washington DC
Sports wagering and gaming entertainment company BetMGM launched its sportsbook at Nationals Park in Washington DC.
The company signed a deal with the Washington Nationals team last summer, according to which it planned to launch its sportsbook and mobile gambling application.
Being the first sportsbook linked with the MLB stadium, the brand placed 40 TVs together with live odds boards. Players are able to set up stakes at 6 betting boards or utilize pavilions of self-service.
The chief executive of the company, Adam Greenblatt, commented:
“Our objective is to deliver exclusive experience for the sport enthusiasts. That’s the aim behind the launch of the sportsbooks in the district. It’s the premier, most attractive broadcasting place in the D.C.”
The company started its betting operations within Virginia at the beginning of 2021, and later launched its sportsbook at the MGM National Harbor.
“Sport enthusiasts are now able to access our mobile application from any place across Virginia, are able to spend time at our National Harbor in Maryland, and finally, get the advantages of our sportsbook recently launched”
