FansUnite has recently sold its Chameleon interface to Betr for 7.45 million dollars.

The bookmaker’s latest acquisition will be adding a number of management features to the firm, including casino and account management solutions, as well as a wagering platform. This announcement will enable Betr to enhance its level of vertical integration, enhancing its offerings and expansion potential.

Betr’s Chief Executive and Founder, Joey Levy, stated:

“We are excited to be adding FansUnite’s Chameleon offering to our company. Through this contract, we will be able to greatly enhance our management capabilities to expand our business-to-customer offerings. We are eager to start working with the platform’s team.”

The Chief Executive of FansUnite, Scott Burton, remarked:

“This latest collaboration is an excellent testament to our dedication to ensuring the profitability of our company. We are also looking forward to benefitting from our stake in Betr, as we are certain that the bookmaker holds a lot of potential to change the industry for the better.”

The contract of 7.4 million dollars will include just over 2.2 million dollars in cash and just under 1.5 million dollars in equity, both of which will be paid over the course of a year, although the final terms of the deal will depend on several performance metrics.
