Betway Group Becomes the Official Betting Partner of NHL
Betway Group has signed an exclusive sponsorship contract with the North American National Hockey League. The collaboration is aimed to enhance Betway’s brand awareness in the enormous bookmaking industry of North America.
The Stanley Cup (La Coupe Stanley) Playoffs will take place from May to July of this year and involve 16 teams. The Playoffs will provide the Malta-based betting giant with additional exposure.
The viewers will be exposed to Betway through the brand’s logo display on dasher boards and ice layers.
The Chief Executive Officer of Betway Group, Mr. Anthony Werkman expressed the group’s excitement about the new deal, saying that

The Playoffs are a great beginning of enhancing Betway’s brand recognition among the hockey fans. The exposure will carry on during all major events of the league during this season.
The group’s logo will be visible for the fans during both Playoffs and the Final of the SC. The latter will take place in July of this year. The Stanley Cup and other tournaments of the NHL’s calendar are popular among sports fans all over the world.
Moreover, the bookmaker’s logo will be present on the ice of the stadium during the other major NHL tournaments trough the year.
