Casino Guru has launched Automatic Safety Index Reports, a new feature that gives casino operators regular updates on their Safety Index scores and suggestions for improving their ratings.
The feature is available to casino representatives with a Casino Guru account. After registering, representatives can contact the Casino Guru team and have the casino brands they manage added to their portfolio. They can then set up the reports from the Report settings section.
Casino Guru currently has around 6,000 casino representative accounts, and the number continues to grow.
Operators can choose how often they want to receive the reports. Reports can be sent monthly, quarterly, every six months, or annually. There is also an option to receive a report whenever a casino’s Safety Index changes by a selected amount.
The reports are sent automatically as PDFs to the email address linked to the representative’s Casino Guru account. Representatives managing several casino brands will receive a separate report for each casino in their portfolio.
Martin Dolný, Training & Development Specialist at Casino Guru, stated:
“Automatic delivery gives casinos a clearer and more consistent view of how their brands are performing. Instead of requesting updates individually, our partners can now regularly receive detailed information about what drags their Safety Index down and take immediate steps to improve it.”
Clear recommendations for operators
The Safety Index Reports are designed to make it easier for casino operators to understand what affects their rating on Casino Guru. Reports look at factors such as unresolved player complaints, problematic terms and conditions, restrictions, and other practices that could affect player safety.
When an issue is found, the report explains Casino Guru’s position and provides practical steps that operators can take to address it. Following these recommendations and the Fair Gambling Codex can help casinos improve their Safety Index and their position in Casino Guru’s casino rankings.
More than 700 casinos have already changed their terms and conditions and improved their safety ratings and reputations based on Casino Guru’s recommendations.
More transparent partner communication
The new feature is part of Casino Guru’s broader focus on fair gambling and open communication with casino partners.
Safety Index Reports have been available as part of Casino Guru’s affiliate model for some time; however, as the network grew to include hundreds of partners representing many casino brands, automating the process became the next step.
Dolný added:
“We wanted to establish an ongoing feedback loop that helps operators track their progress over time. These reports make collaboration between our partners and us more focused and efficient.”
Casino Guru plans to continue improving the Automatic Safety Index Reports based on feedback from its partners. Future updates may include an option to request a report instantly and receive it within a few minutes.
