Casino Guru Q1 2026 CRC Results: $5.3M returned to players
Casino Guru’s Complaint Resolution Center (CRC) shared its Q1 2026 results, showing steady growth across the board.
Throughout the first three months of 2026, the CRC published 3,986 complaints and resolved 1,321 of them, returning $5.3 million to players. March was one of the busiest months on record, with the second-highest number of complaints published so far, and active cases went over 1,300, showing more players are turning to mediation.

- United Kingdom (270)
- Canada (240)
- Italy (207)
- Australia (194)
These regions continue to represent the most active player bases in terms of dispute reporting.
Emerging trends
Delayed payments were still the most common issue reported by players. In March, though, self-exclusion complaints moved into second place for the first time in the Complaint Resolution Center’s history. This points to more awareness around responsible gambling tools, and higher expectations for how they’re handled. KYC issues and blocked accounts also remained common, often tied to delays with withdrawals.
