Casino Guru’s Complaint Resolution Center exceeds $60M
Casino Guru’s independent mediator, the Compliant Resolution Center (CRC), which resolves disputes between online casinos and players, has exceeded $60 million in successfully recovered funds for players since launching in 2019.
The achievement strengthens the CRC’s position as a trusted dispute resolution platform, offering free and impartial help to international players.
The center has published and investigated more than 65,800 complaints and has helped players solve disputes with online casinos while also promoting transparency and fair practices in the gambling industry.

Every complaint we handle represents a player who felt unheard or unfairly treated. Our goal is to ensure players have access to fair mediation and that casinos uphold transparent and responsible practices. This milestone reflects years of dedication from our team and the trust players place in our service.”
In 2025, the CRC recovered 48% more money compared to 2024, which shows the growing scale and effectiveness of the platform. The all-time biggest recovered amounts include a $1.99 million recovery, a £1 million recovery, and a 1.35 million USDT recovery.
During 2025, most of the player complaints came from Germany, the United Kingdom, and Greece, with the most common complaint topics being delayed payments, KYC verification problems, and self-exclusion disputes.
With its growth, the CRC remains an important element of Casino Guru’s mission as it strives to make sure that every player complaint is appropriately solved and that the gambling industry is made safer, more transparent, and more accountable.
