Casino Rama Announces Grand Reopening by The End of July

Casino Rama – the large casino, hotel, and entertainment complex located in the town of Rama, Ontario, is said to open its doors by the end of July.

Even though no further information detailing the reopening is available yet, the reopening date has been announced to be on July 29th.

Following the reopening of the other properties of the Gateway Casinos & Entertainment, most of which are set by mid. July, Casino Rama will be operating at a 50% capacity once reopened.

The initial details were made official by Robert Mitchell – the Gateway Casinos & Entertainment senior of communications. More details will be publicized on July 12 and 13, added the director.

Gathering information from the facility’s FB page, new strict regulations will be instilled, due to COVID-19 health concerns.

First, the visitors will be required to secure reservations in order to visit the gaming block at Rama Casino.

Furthermore, at the gaming facilities, both slot machines as well as table games will be fully operating. However, some of the restaurants will take longer to open, due to the delayed return of the patrons.

While no further discretion of the information about the new regulations and measures is presently available to the public, this is going to be a big deal for the company, as Casino Rama, and other local casino facilities, has been closed for over a year, in relation to the Gaming Commission’s decision.
