It’s expected that Zetterlund will lead Catena Media’s technology functions while the company continues to search for a permanent replacement. At the same time, he will report directly to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Manuel Stan.
CEO Manuel Stan commented:
“Martin has followed our technology work closely from the board and knows the organisation well. His experience of building and running technology businesses will support the team while we complete the recruitment of a permanent CTO.”
Additionally, Zetterlund has been a part of Catena Media’s board of directors since December 2024, and is set to keep his board seat throughout the interim role. Zetterlund has also co-founded and led Sentor Managed Security Services, founded ScrapeSentry, and previously held senior positions at Distil Networks and Accenture. Currently, he works as an investor and adviser in the cybersecurity and technology fields.
