Codere Online has announced its Q2 2026 earnings, sharing that the company generated €69.4 million in net gaming revenue, representing a 27% year-on-year increase compared to 2025’s €54.8 million.
Adjusted EBITDA stood at €5.8 million, which was €3.5 million more than for the same period in 2025, while total revenue came to €64.4 million. The results helped increase the full-year guidance of net gaming revenue to €255-265 million and adjusted EBITDA to €20-25 million.
CEO of Codere Online, Aviv Sher, commented:
“After a strong start to the year, Q2 showed even further acceleration and delivered our strongest quarterly performance to date. This performance was broad-based across our core markets, and we are very pleased with the momentum we are seeing in the business.”
Regionally, Spain delivered the strongest results with a 25% jump in net gaming revenue, reaching €27.6 million. Mexico also saw improvements with €36.1 million in quarterly net gaming revenue, representing a 24% rise. Other areas brought in an additional €5.7 million.
CFO of Codere Online, Marcus Arildsson, added:
“Q2 represented another major step forward in our financial performance. This strong profitability was achieved while continuing to invest behind growth and taking advantage of the increased activity generated around the World Cup. We closed June with approximately €63 million of total cash and no financial debt.”
The company’s average monthly active players also increased by 12% to 1730,000 thanks to the FIFA World Cup, with the operator ending Q2 with a cash position of €62.6 million and no reported financial debt.
