So far in 2024, six lotteries in the country have delivered $37,188 million in jackpot prizes to Colombian bettors, a figure that corresponds to 33% of the total prizes that this game has paid, including dry prizes and approximations.

According to the president of Coljuegos, Marco Emilio Hincapié, to date the 15 raffles authorized to operate in the country have paid $110,894 million in prizes to bettors.

Hincapié said:

“In total, lotteries have transferred $79,089 million to the health sector. Both the transfers and the prizes paid show that it is worth playing legally. For this reason, from the entity, we are signing agreements throughout the country to protect and strengthen territorial games.”

Among the paid jackpot draws are the Medellín Lottery ($15,000 million), Santander Lottery ($10,000 million), Colombian Red Cross National Lottery ($5,000 million), Cundinamarca Lottery ($4,000 million), Quindío Lottery ( $1,800 million) and the Cauca Lottery ($1,388 million).

Octavio Duque, Manager of the Medellín Lottery stated:

“This year, we have awarded more than $32 billion in jackpots, jackpots and approaches. From the Medellín Lottery we want to invite you to play legally and buy tickets only in authorized places or with a trusted lottery player.”

On his part, the manager of the Santander Lottery, Herwing Peña, commented:

“This year, we have awarded $13,850 million in prizes, including the largest of $10,000 million. We want to invite all Colombians to support the country’s lotteries and contribute to the health of Colombians.”
