50% payment not delivering

I’m filing a complaint against GlitchSpin Casino and Direct Affiliate Ltd.

I fully completed the agreed 8 promotional streams under a €5,000 deal. The agreement stated that payment (50%) would be made after the 8 streams, with no KPIs or FTDs required.

I followed every term in the contract — no one ever told me to stop or that payment depended on performance. After finishing all 8 streams, they refused to pay the remaining €2,500, claiming “0 stats,” even though that was never part of the deal.

I’m simply asking for what was agreed and completed: payment for the work done.
