Non-delivery of service by PumpCoinBets

We agreed to a test deal for 3 posts on their Telegram channel. Their initial price was $1,000, but after negotiation, we agreed on $800, which they confirmed.
After we paid the $800 and sent all banners/creatives, they left the chat, claimed we “disrespected their rules,” and then demanded an additional $200 to reach the original $1,000, otherwise they refused to post.

They also deleted the entire chat history from both sides.
We reached out to their CEO, but the response was simply: “Do what you want, i don’t care just handle it with Adrian”

To add to this:
We messaged both the CEO and Adrian multiple times yesterday requesting either the posts or a refund. They ignored all messages. Adrian even told a colleague from Coins game that they are not going to refund anything.

Their behavior is extremely unprofessional:
– They agreed to the negotiated rate
– Took the payment
– Demanded extra money afterward
– Deleted the chat
– Refused both service and refund
– Ignored all communication

Even if we sent the extra money they’re asking for, it’s clear they would still not deliver the posts.

We’re opening an official complaint regarding this channel.
